Uniquely, the Institute offers dynamic seminars led by professionals in their fields, from all over the globe. Students meet and interact with major couture and prêt-a-porter designers, published illustrators, film directors, costume designers, stylists, choreographers, modeling agency directors, fashion editors and journalists, photographers, fashion merchandisers, public relations consultants, foreign import-export buyers, buying offices, trend offices, architects, color analysts and representatives from many other aspects of the industry. All give the *Paris Fashion Institute* the benefit of their time, experience, knowledge and consideration. In an informal, collegiate environment, students meet, learn from and may be critiqued by today's major players in the creation and business of fashion. CAREER COUNSELING Upon completion of the program, each student receives a personal interview and evaluation from the school's executive committee. Adequate time is set aside to explore and discuss each student's potential with great care. This final meeting emphasizes professional career goals and an appraisal of the student's academic achievements and personal growth. Résumés and portfolios are completed at this time.
